Martyna Baginska-Varol
I was born and raised in Warsaw, Poland, and I moved to South Florida in 1996. After graduating from the university, I worked in the automotive industry, serving in multiple leadership roles. In 2010, I decided to follow my dream and open an authentic Montessori school, which I owned and operated for over 14 years.
I received my M.Ed. degree in Montessori education from University of Hartford as well as a M.S. degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Over the course of two decades, I earned AMI (Association Montessori International) Montessori teaching diplomas at all levels: Assistant-to-Infancy, Primary, Elementary, and Adolescent.
As a certified Montessori educator with over 20 years of experience in leadership, I’m passionate about guiding investors, school leaders, educators, and parents, toward achieving excellence in Montessori principles. Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning, I specialize in strategic planning, new school development, curriculum implementation, and parent education workshops. I believe in fostering independence, creativity, and a love for learning in every child and I’m dedicated to helping others do the same.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature, traveling, playing golf, target shooting, and playing pickleball. I’m fluent in Polish and Spanish.
